Cottagecore Lyfe
In the event you are curious as to why exactly I haven't had time for things, there are many answers, including taking on a new client. More excitingly, however, is my new life fully embracing my inner Little House on the Prairie and moving to an adorable cottage in the Hudson Valley. It's been nothing but antique furniture, cozy sweaters, and baking tiny cakes for field mice.
TL:DR: I didn't choose the cottagecore life, the cottagecore life chose me.

I honestly haven't had a minute to watch this but it comes highly recommended from a friend. I'm a huge fan of Paul Stamets and his episode(s?) on Joe Rogan so I know it's going to be good. The mushroom rabbithole gets wild.
I've been running again recently. More so because I have little other choice for physical exercise and means to keep my baseline anxiety at a minimum. Anyway, this playlist has been incredible- it amps me up by mimicking my ideal running heart rate beats per minute.
