Eclipse Season

How is everyone doing this eclipse season? It’s been a big lesson in embodiment for me, almost like a homecoming. Currently working on a theory that embodiment, really being present and in our bodies, is the best antidote to chaos.

Sometimes our minds are programmed for chaos. We can choose it subconsciously in various different ways. From our partners, to our work life, to our food choices (like choosing to eat a 2-day-old ahi tuna salad and giving yourself food poisoning the day before you travel internationally).

Our bodies are the only truly tangible things we have in this world. We are constantly among deception, even by our own thoughts. The more we can stay connected to the truth and realness of our bodies, the more connected we become to peace. Life is but a dream, but our bodies are divine, and staying in them instead of our minds is true self-love, I’m learning. @urbangoddessamanda and her brilliant work have been a significant catalyst for this; she has a wealth of content on this topic, which I encourage anyone to check out.
