Be grateful for your triggers; they point out where you are not free.
Our triggers are our guides, leading us to see the unhealed parts of ourselves, the parts still raw, the parts that need love. Recognizing these triggers, understanding them, digging deep, and working through them is the path to true liberation. There is no self-mastery without freedom, for we will always be a slave to that which controls us. Do your work.
