Women ask me how I got so confident. I f*cking died.
Not literally. But almost everything I used to point to as proof of who I was got stripped away, one by one.
Between 2022 and 2023, I hit rock bottom. Mold poisoning, then long COVID. Repressed memories surfacing. A complete nervous system breakdown. Couldn’t work, no money, no family, living overseas and barely able to function.
I wanted to die every day. Looking back, it’s because I actually was dying. The woman I had always known myself to be was on her way out, and what was born in her wake was more powerful than anything I knew could exist within me.
Nobody came to save me. So I found out what was still there when everything else was gone: a mind no one could take, a connection to the divine no one could revoke, and a feral, wild thing inside me that dragged me out of hell. From the bottom, after raging at God to change my sh*t by a very specific date, I signed a $10k/month client and began my ascent.
Something rewires in you after you almost die. You stop giving a f*ck. What felt life-or-death before feels trivial. The only thing that matters is what YOU feel about YOU, because in this life, you are the only one you really have. Everything else is rented.
You don’t have to lose everything to find this inner power like I did. In fact, I hope you never do. You can walk through the gates to the underworld on purpose, strip away what was never yours, and meet who the f*ck you really are.
