On Integrity
What is integrity? Integrity is doing the right or good thing even when it is difficult. It is living in and speaking our truth every day, unwaveringly. It is maintaining honesty with the people we are connected to in whatever capacity. Only in integrity can we ever be free. Otherwise, we're plagued because, whether we like it or not, or whether we’re conscious of it or not, we all have a moral compass guiding us. Acting outside of our integrity disrupts our direction, takes us out of ourselves, out of the present, disconnects us from each other, and weakens us.
Stay in your power, stay true to yourself, and stay committed to your integrity.
